It looks our clan is settling in Virginia. I checked with google. 17 minutes is very
respectable time. Marathoners run a 5k is 15 minutes.

Joe just finished a race in Richmond, He ran a 5k in 17 min and 2 seconds. He is now determined to break 17 minutes. We are heading back to Roanoke. From my iphone Jeanni. .................

Jeanni emailed in about Kelsey:

Yesterday, Kelsey played four lacrosse games they were 40 minutes and she was in the entire time. The tournament went from 9 to 4pm. She looked awesome and score a number of times. She told me this morning she is very sore. She has to weight lift in the morning, run and then has a 3 hour practice. Their coach is very intense.
