It is official. Taylor graduates in two weeks. Then two weeks time off and he reposts to Fort Wainright, Alaska. Near Fairbanks. They have a ski hill on base. I am glad he will be in the USA. Click on the above

"Frank and Joe went to Atlanta for the ACC basketball tournament. They had so much fun and watched three to four basketball games a day. They flew home today and are now parked on the couch to watch the finals. They had some friends there and got to sit in the owners box for some games....Jeanni"

"This is a picture of the sorority house on Kelsey's campus. Kelsey is a Theta, the second house from the right. I brought her food last night and we ate dinner in the sorority family room. The house was busy with girls getting ready to go out for the night. The house mother would come out of her room to check on things. Kelsey says she is scary. She always knows exactly what is going on in the house. She went out after I drove back to Roanoke. It's great she is only an hour away....Jeanni"

How time flies. only 11.5 years ago. Mary Kelsey is a sophomore in college, Brendan is driving, Joe is a basketball team manager, Brendan is in the Army, and Paddy is everywhere and doing everything.

The days that every parent dreads. I remember when Steven was a new driver about 40 years ago. We were having breakfast at Lyons at Watt and Marconi. It was early and the big shopping mall parking lot was empty. I told him to use my car and practice parking and what not. About one minute later he came back to our table and told me he had run into another car. I couldn't believe it but it was true. Two cars in this huge parking lot and they manage to dent fenders. This was the only problem Steve ever had driving (that I know about).
