Kelsey is a senior. And has a friend who wants to return with her.

Xmas vacation is over and Kelsey is heading back to her college, Washington and Lee.

Jeanni sent this endless movie of Paddy at a NFL game.

Steven gave me a job site tour of the construction at Folsom Dam today.

There is almost an empty lake. The lake is so low there were many 100s of souvenir  seekers looking at the old town of Mormon Island. Which had 10,000 in its glory days.

He is in charge of security and has a force of 60 deputies.

Intake structure at spillway. The project is costing over a billion dollars. And will go on for many years.

We have a baby bird at our house. She is confused. She thinks she is one of the dogs.

The dogs love her. She is a messy eater and leaves a lot of food around.

Kelsey has been cooking fantastic meals for us. She made seared tuna,

 scallops and a paleo pumpkin pie. She is trying to make us healthy!

For Wednesday January 1st 2014..…Happy New Year

 All reports she is doing fine recovering at the Cod Harbor home which has less stairs.

Full recovery will take a while.

"Julia had her surgery on her torn labral this morning which the Doctor thought went very well. She is resting and in good spirits."
