This is a picture of Kelsey and her Washington DC roommates.  She is done with her internship and school on June 1st.  She will make a quick stop home and then back to DC to work for the summer.

Want to climb Mt Everest? It is a crowded with climbers

The climbers can back up for hours here at Hillary's Steps, which can be dangerous as the climbers cool off when not moving.  On this day 234 made it to the top. However 4 climbers died. Info and pictures from National Geo. We have had two family climbers die while climbing  mountains. If they had lived they probably would be thinking of Everest. They are Joe Ferry* and Jim Wilson*

 I went hiking by myself and didn't see anyone for 4 hours.  I listened to my iPod, Sarah Brightman and Marketa Irglova and sang very loud.  It probably scared the bears away.  I also brought food and sat on a rock, ate, and enjoyed the view.
