Joe had a cross country meet last night.  He was awesome.  He got first place for his school and second for the entire meet.  I think all of the running in California paid off.  Especially, when he ran on your and Joanie's treadmill.  I think your framed photos  were falling off the shelves because of the heavy pounding.  Or maybe the late-late night meals at McDonalds and Olive Garden helped strengthen him.

Joe's first meet this year as a sophomore in high school.

When he visited Joanie and myself this summer he ran every day. He pushed himself for at least an hour. I don't know the man in black.

Kelsey's brothers get her moved back to college as a sophomore.
