Today I had dinner at Rubio's and it was very good.

It is very clean and the employees are very personable.

He is working many hours a week between his two jobs.

The Amber and children go to a drive in movie.

I remember taking our brood often to see a show. Everyone had a great time. Steven remembers me putting my hands over his eyes during certain of the movies. Most of the kids fell asleep during the show. All the kids were all asleep when we got home and were carried to their beds.. The car smelled like popcorn. There is only one drive-in movie now in Sacramento. There used to be quite a few.

About 1972, The kids on the Queen. It is very loud when they blow the ship's horn.

At Radium Hot Springs in Canada. Heli- Skiing. 1981.

Patti, Curt, Steven, and David. They divided us into groups according to skills. The three boys above were in the top group. Patti and I were in the bunny group. We were doing 4000 ft. drops and as soon as we reached the pick up area, the copter would fly and pick us up. It was all fresh power. We would cut up a bowl into 50' swaths. When the bowl was skied we would be moved to a new area. We all had radios in case of a snow slide and we were buried. Our hotel had a huge natural hot tub.

Hi Jimmy,

Taylor and his friends left Fairbanks today for Fort Irwin in the Mojave desert.

He'll be there for a month of desert warfare training at the National Training Center.

The Company went on a chartered commercial jet and Taylor got to sit in first class because he was on the bag detail.

The army way, they got to the airport at the Air Force Base eight hours early and watched movies.

Hopefully we will get to talk with him, but he might be off the grid for a month.
