Kelsey and some of her high school friends surprise Joe on
his birthday. They had to do it in May this year since everyone has jobs
or school out of town this summer. They chose a hippie theme. Last year
they chose an oriental theme. When everything was set Frank told Joe to
come in the dining room. We all yelled happy birthday. I think he
was a bit confused, but he had fun
