Joe goes non stop. He ran in a Halloween race on Saturday.
It was difficult for him to run with the hulk mask on so he removed it
during the run. After the race he jumped in the car to get to Roanoke college
to help with basketball practice and from there he worked at the restaurant
until 11:00 pm. Frank and I were observing him at work and he was so
happy and didn't seem tired at all. I certainly could learn some lessons from
Joe's attitude. Before he went to sleep I was scratching his back and he
said "mom, today was so much fun!." Jeanni

I had a senior moment last week putting up the same pictures
two days in a row.
