All reports she is doing fine recovering at the Cod Harbor home which has less stairs.
Full recovery will take a while.
"Julia had
her surgery on her torn labral this morning which the Doctor thought went very
well. She is resting and in good spirits."

Our hikes are getting shorter. Although we did stop periodically for squats and stretching.
