Paddy cooled off with a chopped ice cone. Looks like he got the large size.

Hi dad
We hiked the narrows in Zion National Park today. We
did 10 miles and felt like we had enough. Paddy climbed every rock he
could find. It was incredibly beautiful but tricky at times hiking
against the current.
