This is a picture of Dr. Bishop, the Roanoke school superintendent, hugging Joe. She has taken a special interest in Joe and I'm sure he wouldn't have a diploma without all of her help. She is friends with the president of Roanoke College and definitely helped smooth the path for Joe to be "part" of the college. Love Jeanni
